4. Mobile app terms — Student daily attendance percentage calculator
- The app is provided as a local attendance percentage calculator for personal/educational use.
- Attendance entries and related values are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up or managing that data.
- The app does not provide academic, legal, or institutional guarantees. Calculated percentages are estimates based on the data you enter.
- We may update the app to improve features, fix bugs, or meet platform requirements.
5. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by MJTech or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific Service in the 12 months before the claim. If you use a free app or free website features, that amount may be zero.
